    Eight Stars Of Flavor In The Moon-Season Universe

    Since 2003, Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel has handcrafted its mooncakes entirely at Li Bai Restaurant. In recent seasons, it is Vietnam’s only five-star hotel to produce over 100,000 handmade mooncakes each Mid-Autumn. Li Bai’s chefs form a golden, hand-finished crust—one millimetre thin—and use house-cooked cane sugar syrup with no preservatives or artificial coloring, and slow double-bake below 170°C to preserve texture and flavor. The lucky number eight honors its address at 88 Dong Khoi.
