Li Bai’s Signature X.O Sauce

Spice up your home-cooked menu with the renowned X.O sauce handcrafted from the finest ingredients in Li Bai’s prestigious recipe.

Known as the quintessence of Cantonese cuisine and is widely popular around the world, the X.O sauce harmoniously combines the taste of spiciness, sweetness and saltiness from dozens of different ingredients, highlighted by premium seafood like scallops, dried shrimp, dried fish and is often used as a dipping sauce for dumplings or in combination with other dishes to enhance the overall flavor. The name X.O is derived from the similarity between the color, the quality and the elegance of the sauce and the famous French Cognac XO. 
The premium X.O sauce in Li Bai version is luxuriously packed and stored in a crystal jar.
